Rockville Cosmetic & Family Dental Center is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Bethesda, MD

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

-Answering and directing phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Updating patient information
- Scheduling appointments/ collecting payment
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Verify dental insurance coverage by phone and online
- Scanning and faxing patient documents
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Fast learner/ able to retain information being taught on the daily basis

Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Dentrix experience preferred but willing to train

- 1 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred/ willing to train the right person who can retain the information being taught to them

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
